A dynamic visual designer with a passion for typography and editorials. I love experimentation and seek challenging work with learning opportunities to further build upon the skills I have. Also play bass guitar in my free time and would love to do a free jam. :)
Hi! I am a graphic designer who is passionate about impactful design. Making positive impact through my creative work is what motivates me whether it is sustainability or diversity. My work ranges from corporate communications, branding, packaging, and social media. I approach every new project as a chance to learn, grow, and embrace new ideas. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, running, taking nature photos, exploring hiking trails, personal development, and doing artsy activities. My source of inspirations are fitness, travels, books, and nature.

I am a graphic designer with a background in health, art and education. I am passionate about crafting artful solutions to communications needs by following a structured but evolving process with my team. My work is guided by my education in visual arts and my experience as a storyteller and educator. As a purpose-driven professional myself, I have developed a compass for my concepts and design that aims for genuine empathy by actively listening and understanding the target audience.
Since 2012, I have conceptualized, planned, created, edited, and launched visual solutions and marketing campaigns that have allowed clients to achieve success, connect with customers, and make a good impact.
My name is Stephen Zander, having graduated from Visual College of Art & Design (VCAD) in 2019, I've been working as a Graphic Designer. Largely for rolling paper brands in Canada such as RAW, Elements, and Juicy Jays under HBI Canada. However, the real joy has been providing graphic supports to various NGO's. At the core of any project I get to work on, is the desire to highlight the good stuff! I believe that design has the ability to shape the world around us, and that the world is ripe with beauty. I like to connect people to the beauty and benefits found in the natural, commercial & marketing world. Recently, I've been working as Check7 Graphics Co. a small Vancouver based graphic design studio. Emphasizing efforts towards small-medium sized business, and the authenticity inherently involved. Additionally, I work as a Digital Marketing Specialist for Thrive Electrify. If I'm not designing something, you can catch me outside, working on weird little ad-hoc projects, or getting inspired by the streets of Vancouver. Thanks for taking the time to read! Keep up the good work, Stephen Zander
